I visited Cuba in 2018. I was traveling with a friend. We arrived late in the evening and the city didn't impress me too much. But the following morning I woke up early and looked out on the terrace of the house. I enjoyed the decadent splendor of that incredible caledoscope of colors that is Havana Vieja. We traveled southeast on rickety buses. Trinidad enchanted me with its pastel-colored colonial houses that look like an assortment of multicolored meringues.
